What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card

What shipping options do you offer?

Standard Shipments:

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, insured, or equivalent. All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days of order receipt.  All items are overpacked in clean cardboard.  Multi-item orders shipping to the same location are overpacked for security and freight savings.
Express Shipments:
UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Standard to Canada are available upon request. Orders must be received by 12:00 EST to ship the same day.
International Orders:
Are not currently allowed.

Do you ship internationally?

International Orders are not currently allowed

What is your return policy?

If an item you receive is not what you expected, for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.  Your refund will necessarily not include our shipping(round trip)  and handling costs.  In addition, you may be charged a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund, as well.  Please keep in mind that an order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped.  If you refuse an order, it will be considered a return and round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  All returned material must be in the original packaging.

How do I return a damaged product?

If a product is received in damaged packaging, no matter how slight, you should note Package Damaged when you sign for the package.  If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse the shipment and the package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one.  Please notify us at info@mycookware.com so that we can be expecting the return.

If you accept the package and subsequently find the product damaged, please notify us immediately.  We will issue you an RMA number with instructions for returning the product.  Please be sure to wrap the product in the original packaging.

What is your warranty policy?

All of our products carry the full manufacturer's warranty

How is my information protected?

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
