Light Green Bean
Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 cups green beans, cooked
- 1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
Mix all ingredients and place in baking dish.
You may top it with a half cup of low-fat Cheddar
Cheese. If you choose to top with cheese, omit the soy sauce and add the cheese
for the last 10 minutes of baking.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
