Another delicious
way to utilize leftover holiday turkey!
Queso Turkey Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped or shredded cooked turkey
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 16 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 lb. package Velveeta cheese, regular
- 4 Tbsps Butter
- 1 10oz. can Rotel tomatoes, regular not mild (or your favorite tomatoes
and green chilies)
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped (more if desired)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a greased 9x13 Pyrex baking dish, layer spaghetti
and turkey.

In microwave, melt butter and cheese in chicken broth with Rotel tomatoes and
chili powder for 2-3 minutes, stopping to stir once or twice. Stir in garlic.
4.
Pour over turkey and spaghetti and bake 30-40 minutes.
