Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
- 1 ½ pound ground sausage
- 9 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp.dry mustard
Cook sausage
until browned and crumbly. Drain and set aside. Beat eggs with milk, salt and
mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and grated cheese in a greased 9x13 inch
baking dish. Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes until eggs are set.
